Mark and Marsha Reis

This cake was so much fun.  It was a simple chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream but it was the couple that I got to make it for that made it fun.  It was fun being involved with excitement surrounding this wedding.  To be able to provide a peice of it was a pleasure.  I love the peacock.

Olivia Johnston Cutting Cake

I had the pleasure of making this cutting cake for Olivia Johnston.  I love the romantic but simple feel of the piped rosettes.  The addition of the pearl dragees is just a fun touch.  This is a Vanilla Bean cake with Vanilla Bean Frosting, YUMMMM.

Baby Shower Cake

This is the baby shower cake I did for Kristie Shasteen.  The theme of the cake was bow ties.  I failed to take a picture of the fondant bowtie I created as a topper.  They loved the cake and it was said that no one really wanted to cut into it to ruin it.  I love creating edible art.

Kevin and April Minton's Grooms and Wedding Cake

This is Kevin and April Mintons Wedding Cake.  I had a lot of fun with this cake.  They chose the flavors Lemon with huckleberry cream cheese filling for the bottom two layers and the top layer was marble cake with milk chocolate frosting.

We suprised the guests by making the bottom layer tye died.  It was awsome hearing the comments "look at all the colors" come out of the guests mouths made it so worth it.

The music was hand painted on the cake and it is actually a song.  "O Happy Day."  What a fun cake for a fun couple.  Thanks Kevin and April for letting me a part of your day.

The top cake is Kevins Grooms Cake.  He attended University of Tennessee.  He was suprised and said I did a really good job at the inside curve of the T.

Morgan and Bradlee Simmons Grooms Cake

This is the Morgan and Bradlees Grooms Cake.  Morgan suprised Bradlee with a camo themed cake.  The groom was a big hunter so I created a camo covered cake.  I suprised them both by making their previously chosen Marble layer, camo.  They were suprised and loved it.
