This cake was created for a movie themed birthday. I made the "popcorn" out of marshmallows that I cut and then dipped in yellow glitter. The cake itself was a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge filling. I covered it in butter cream and put the red stripes on. I then made a mound out of extra cake and covered it with the "popcorn." This cake made my list of favorite whimsical cake this year. I look forward to doing more of these themed type cakes in 2014.
